Jeff's Birthday Socks

Some pictures of Jeff's birthday socks. I was able to get quite a bit done on the flights to and from L.A. (Speaking of La La Land, I was on the lookout for the newly single Mr. Pitt all week, but sadly have no sightings to report).

Back to the socks...I worked the cable in the middle of each circular needle and then shifted everything when I started the heel so they would lie on the sides of the leg. I probably should have tried to continue the cable down the heel and to the foot, but that seemed a bit too complicated at the time. A challenge for the next pair.

I think the cable came out great. Good Job!

I've been trying to begin my circular socks. I think I've made several attempts by now. I'm not giving up. I love how your socks come out and I can't believe how quickly you do them. I'm determined to succeed.

Keep being a great inspiration.

Tine, you are the best! Thanks for the nice comment. Keep trying those circular socks. Once it "clicks" you'll be amazed at how easy it really is. And you'll be whipping out socks left and right. Your family will all have warm toasty and colorful toes in no time!
